About Nidora

The CROUS student residence directory for France.

Nidora is an independent service that helps students discover CROUS student residences in France. Listings are built from the official public dataset "fr_crous_logement_france_entiere", published on data.gouv.fr, and housing applications are made directly on the official CROUS website.

Our approach

• Official data : we only display residences from the public CROUS dataset, under the Open Licence (Etalab).
• Prevention : every listing includes reminders about avoiding scams.
• Transparency : we do not handle bookings or payments, and outbound links always lead to the official website.

Business model

The service is free for students. There are currently no active commercial partnerships and no commissions are received. Any future funding model would be clearly disclosed and would never secretly influence the ranking.
