Nidora is published by a non-professional (private, non-commercial) publisher who wishes to remain anonymous. French law (LCEN, Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004, art. 6-III-2) allows a non-professional publisher to withhold their identity from the public, provided they have disclosed it to their hosting provider, whose details are given below.
